Deer Lake Duplex Project Summary

DCM Projects LTD. has recently completed its 20th strata duplex in Burnaby's Deer Lake area. The homes, designed to look like two separate residences, feature 1,280 sq. ft. main floors with hardwood and vaulted ceilings. Each duplex includes a gourmet kitchen with Italian granite and maple cabinetry, along with a functional layout that incorporates a family room, home office, and guest suite. Extra features like security systems, landscaped yards, and covered patios were included to enhance comfort and appeal. This project showcases DCM's commitment to creating innovative, high-quality homes that seamlessly blend functionality and style.
